This new system has been developed by APC after extensive market research and continuous field performance evaluation. This new system is aimed at all new mining and construction projects, both onshore and off-shore.

Implementation of automated production processes, result in buildings that are of a consistently high quality, with strength and durability. This results in APC being able to offer the production of multi-storey buildings at a similar room cost to single storey building systems.

The production of this new system is highly automated as APC has now installed the following equipment

a. Continuous Roll formed profile for engineered upright external
corner building angles, which provides maximum strength that
allows buildings up to 4 storeys high.

b. Continuous Roll formed profile panel connection joiner and
roof supports for up to 4 storey system.

c. Patented Integrated rolled roof and ceiling profile, fully insulated

d. Unique Patented composite floor system developed by APC
as a single span unit that has sound absorption quality,
fire resistance, high thermal rating, waterproof,
vermin and termite resistant.

e. Concealed Electrical wiring and AC piping is fully enclosed
and insulated within the ceiling panels

f. PIR continuous wall panel plant 65mm thickness
or Rock-wool wall panels

The capability for multi-storey erection is now a standard feature of all new APC camp office and accommodation buildings.
